We want you to love your Anima Jewels pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is everything you need to know about our return process.
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your jewellery must be unworn, free of scratches, and securely placed in its original packaging (including the anti-tarnish pouch).
Contact us at our support email with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address.
Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For hygiene reasons, earrings (if the seal is broken), custom-engraved pieces, and Final Sale items cannot be returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
